Larisa Halilovic is an education expert, TEDx speaker and executive trainer and mentor with over 20 years of experience in leadership, management and professional development.

Larisa has led international teams and projects in Education and Digital Industry in eight countries of the world, including two global pilots: Blended Learning and Digital Cities. Lara’s training, coaching and mentoring network spreads around the globe, including leaders in business, governments, international organizations, civil society, creative industries and schools.

Larisa holds qualifications from Cambridge University, UK and Auckland University, New Zealand, in the area of Adult Education, Linguistics and Psychology. Her current research focuses on the role of Emotional Intelligence and Values-Based Leadership in the times of digital transformation.

Larisa is currently working as the Director of British Council in Bosnia and Herzegovina and a member of Institute of Leadership and Management, International Society of Qualified Coaches, Creative Mentorship Advisory Board.
